How we measure visits and email

We use Plausible and Google Analytics to collect statistics on how our sites are used. We send our emails with Notifuse, and we also use Notifuse's on-site analytics, which sets no cookies. When you click a link in one of our emails, it can connect that click to your later visits to our sites, so we can send you email that's more relevant to you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding what's useful to our readers and members and keeping our emails relevant.
