Varun Kesar, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Gastroenterology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine and a gastroenterologist at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He earned his MBBS from Government Medical College Amritsar, completed internal medicine residency at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, and completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Carilion Clinic in 2021. He is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.
