An asymptomatic peruvian 60 y.o. female undergone screening upper endoscopy.
A 10 mm reddish and irregular lesion was found on the lower third of the gastric corpus lesser curvature. Covered under a fibrin layer, after cautious water rising, it showed spontaneous bleeding. Notably it was sorrounded by and atrophic mucosa (Kimura Takemoto O-1) and endoscopic signs of H pylori active gastritis.

This 0-Is Paris type lession showed a demarcarted area. Under close view with NBI and magnification, an abrupt demarcation line was recognized, delineating an area with irregular surface pattern and irregular vascular pattern including some areas of absence of surface pattern.
