41 yr old male.Pain epigastrium intermittent, not related to food. Weight loss from 80kg to 54 kg in 1 yr.USG abdomen 2 months prior, showed no liver lesions or notable mention of the stomach.

41 yr old male.Pain epigastrium intermittent, not related to food. Weight loss from 80kg to 54 kg in 1 yr.USG abdomen 2 months prior, showed no liver lesions or notable mention of the stomach.

White light and NBI images of the lesion attached.  Lesion area at 12 'o clock position to the nodule (3 rd image).

Kindly give your inputs regarding the 'VS' pattern of this lesion and the possible diagnosis.

Meanwhile, biopsies taken from nodule and the adjacent area and the result is awaited. Rapid urease test for H pylori.
